Sean Donahue of Vanderbilt University has contributed greatly to amblyopia reduction with work in vision screening and amblyopia therapy. He has coordinated the extensive, Tennessee Lions MTI screening effort. He has refined photoscreening interpretation through the VOIC and in a review of Wanda Ottar's original validation effort, and then improved specificity of Welch Allyn Suresight results. He is lead author on the AAPOS method of validation position paper. Dr. Donahue is a productive investigator in Amblyopia Treatment trials with PEDIG. |
