Lancaster, PA Pediatric Ophthalmologist David I. Silbert has constributed much to the fight against amblyopia blindness by promoting local photoscreening with his productive orthoptist, Noelle Matta. He has been a major recruiter and leader in PEDIG. He and his family and practice have brought eye care and vision screening to remote areas of Honduras. |
